Our soft cheese stirred after slight thickening which disrupts the curds, forming a style of crumble.

Flavor Notes:

A crumble which adds creaminess and smoothness to any food.

Uses:

For enhanced taste and creaminess, sprinkle on fresh fruit, salads, tacos, soups, pasta or eggs.

Cheesemaker’s Notes: People should buy just this cheese because it’s PERFECT!!
